Click on to the following link to download Crossloop. (Crossloop is free open based software.)
Please select PC or MAC version of software.
Follow the Installation Instructions.
Once Crossloop has been Installed run from your desktop.
Crossloop will open the Access Code window. Please keep the Access Code window open. An example is shown below.

Please note a minimum cost of Remote Software Support is $45 per hour + taxes. If the end users problems cannot be solved remotely and needs further repair, the Remote Software Support fee will be waived only if the end user agrees to do all the necessary repairs with Elitetek. This Service is also included in our Elitetek Maintenance Packages.
